Built in 2008, The Vista is a state-of-the-art performing arts center operated by Dysart Unified School District, Community Education Department. This venue offers a spacious lobby with 1,300 plush seats in the house, and theatrical sound/lighting. During the inaugural season The Vista greeted over 23,000 Patrons and look to continue the vision and mission of providing amazing arts and entertainment right here in the West Valley.
Ticket revenues comprise only a portion of The Vista’s operating expenses. The Vista non-profit 501(c)3 was formed in 2022 to grow financial support to offset artist fees and operational costs, keeping ticket pricing affordable and the arts more accessible.
The mission of The Vista Center for the Arts 501(c)3 is to promote all aspects of The Vista to patrons throughout the Valley, and to provide financial support to the Community Education Department of the Dysart Unified School District, which conducts the business and operation of The Vista.
